Senior Executive - Finance, Human Resource andAdministration

[based in Jakarta, Indonesia]

Job Function

* To maintain and prepare full set of accounts including monthly
management and financial reports.
* Preparation of monthly and ad hoc operation reports and handle
financial operation matters.
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function
which includes manpower, payroll / salary administration and employee
relations
* Maintain inventory system to ensure all outgoing stocks are
captured accurately and stock level is monitored and assist in stock
take.
* Manages general office activities such as requisition of
suppliers, filling system, etc.

Job Specification

* Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting.
* At least three years relevant experience and able to handle
full set of accounts.
* Good command of English, written and spoken.
* Computer literacy with good interpersonal skills
* Candidates with Inventory Management have added advantage
* Pleasant personality, matured and able to work under minimum
supervision.
