1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)
Based in Jakarta & Batam

Main responsibilities:
Responsible to identify any new business opportunities, develop
marketing proposal, negotiate & make deal with customer to be, and
build regular contact with existing customer.

Qualifications:
1. Male / female, maximum 30 years old
2. Graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
(scale 4.0)
3. Excellent interpersonal relationship capability &
communication skill, both oral and written
4. Willing to hard work, proactive, and work under pressure
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
6. Able to speak Mandarin (especially Hok Kian) is an advantage
7. Preferably having experiences in business development area or
related, at banking, insurance or investment company
8. Fresh graduates are welcome

2. FIELD MANAGER (CPM)
Based in Batam

Qualifications:
1. Male / female, maximum 28 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor graduated from reputable university with
minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. High motivated & have good communication skill
4. Open personality, active, and capable of working under
pressure
5. Preferably having experience as Leader

3. FINANCE STAFF (FIS)
Based in Jakarta

Qualifications:
1. Male / Female, maximum 27 years old
2. Min. D3 in Accounting from reputable university with min. GPA
2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. Working experiences min. 2 (two) years as Finance Staff
4. Good understanding in company's financial systems
5. Good capability in preparing & analyzing financial report
6. Meticulous & having interest in working with detail
7. Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage

TRAINER (TRN)
Based in Jakarta

Qualifications:
1. Male / female, maximum 28 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor graduated from reputable university with
minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. Experiences in the same position min. 1 year
4. Open personality , energetic, high motivated, result oriented
& have good communication skill
5. Computer literacy is must
6. Good command in English
