BUSINESS PROCESS OFFICER
Job Description:
Ø Responsible for every life cycle system improvement projects (core/sub system) includes requirement management, process analysis (gap analysis review), testing & project reporting
Ø Mediator between user and IT
Requirements & Qualification:
ü S1 from IT
ü Min. 2 years experience
ü Female, 23 – 30 years old
ü Understands & has involved in projects that are connected to the insurance core system or improvement system
ü Has knowledge about insurance business process ( front to back end )
ü Able to analyze every changes that are connected to redesign system
ü Understands database structure (SQL), coding (VBA), SDLC
ü English literate
ü Responsible, discipline, cooperative, hard worker, honest
ü Highly initiative, proactive, highly motivated, fast learner
