Great position for experienced *BRANCH MANAGER* who desires to work for a
successful, growing community Foreign Banking in Indonesia (Retail Banking).
Will manage daily operations and supervise and coach staff. This bank has a
strong reputation for customer service so you will be proud to represent it
in the community. Candidates with assistant branch manager experience may be
considered. Base salary plus incentives.
*BRANCH MANAGER - SURABAYA*
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Business or related field; or equivalent experience,
* Familiar with Surabaya Market,
* Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure,
* Branch Manager must be very sales oriented and experienced with consumer
loans,
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch
Manager at a financial institution and have excellent leadership skills,
* Must have good management skills,
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
* Customer service and sales skills and ability to handle all aspects of a
busy branch,
* Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction
* Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
